Return and Refund Policy

At Femon Parts we do everything we can to deliver the right parts for your motorcycle. Not satisfied with your order? Below you can read how to return your purchase.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day after you (or a third party designated by you) physically take possession of the product.

To exercise this right, notify us of the return within these 14 days at info@femon.nl stating your order number. You then have a further 14 days to actually send the product back.

Conditions for return

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product is unused and not installed
• The product is in its original, unopened packaging
• All supplied parts, stickers, documentation and accessories are present
• The product is undamaged

Products that meet these conditions will be fully refunded. Products that are returned used, installed or damaged may be refused or only partially refunded based on the diminished value.

Excluded from return

The following products cannot be returned:

• Installed or used parts — including after a trial fit. Parts where mounting hardware, protective film or seals have been removed are considered installed.
• Electrical and electronic parts after installation — such as CDIs, ignition coils, regulators, wiring, sensors and similar components. Once connected, these are excluded from return.
• Special order items — parts that we specifically purchase for you on request or that are not part of our standard range.

We recommend that you always check before installation whether the supplied part fits and is correct. In doubt? Please contact us first.

Return shipping costs

The cost of the return shipment is for the customer's own account. This applies both to withdrawal (cooling-off period) and to returns due to incorrectly ordered or non-fitting parts.

Always send returns with sufficient postage and preferably with track & trace. Insufficiently franked shipments will not be accepted. The risk of the return shipment lies with you until we have received the parcel in good condition.

Exception — defective or incorrectly delivered product: When we have delivered a wrong product or the product is defective on receipt, we will cover the return costs. See the section "Defective or incorrectly delivered product" below.

Always register your return first via info@femon.nl or by phone on +31 172 533 829 before sending anything back. Without registration we cannot process your return correctly.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a refund within 14 days to the same payment method you used for the order. You will receive the full purchase amount back, including the original shipping costs (in case of a complete return of the order).

For partial returns, only the product costs will be refunded. The shipping costs of the original order will then remain at your expense.

If the return does not meet the stated conditions, we will contact you before making a decision on (partial) refund or return shipping.

Defective or incorrectly delivered product

Did you receive a product that is defective or does not match what you ordered? Please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@femon.nl, preferably with photos of the product and the packaging. We will resolve this with you as quickly as possible — by replacement, repair or refund. In these cases we will cover the return costs.

Warranty

In addition to the right of return, the statutory warranty applies to all products. A product must do what you can reasonably expect from it. For specific manufacturer warranties (such as Beta, Sherco, Fantic, SWM) the conditions of the relevant manufacturer apply.
