This Shipping Policy describes how we ship products to customers ordering through our affiliated brand domains: yamahamotorcycle-parts.com, kawasakimotorcycle-parts.nl, suzukimotorcycle-parts.com, and ktmmotorcycle-parts.com.
These delivery times differ from those on femonparts.eu. Orders through this store are shipped from a different location and have a slightly longer processing time.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses worldwide, with the following zones:
● European Union (all 27 member states)
● United Kingdom
● Rest of World (most other countries — see "Restricted destinations" below)
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment of dispatch. They do not include order processing time (see "Order processing" below).

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, January sales) and around national holidays in the destination country.
Order processing
Orders placed before [invullen — bv. 16:00 CET] on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends or on Dutch public holidays are processed on the next business day.
For most products we ship within 1-2 business days. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier, which may extend the processing time. If your order is delayed, we will notify you by email.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight and dimensions of your order. The exact amount is shown before you confirm your order.

Free shipping: Orders above € [invullen] within [invullen — bv. the Netherlands and Belgium] qualify for free standard shipping. Free shipping does not apply to oversized items (full exhaust systems, wheels, fairings) — these are charged at standard rates regardless of order value.
Carriers
We ship using the following carriers, depending on destination and parcel size:
● PostNL — primarily for the Netherlands and Belgium
● DHL / DPD — for European Union and United Kingdom
● UPS — for Rest of World and oversized items
The carrier used for your order is determined at dispatch. You will receive a track & trace code by email so you can follow your shipment.
Track & trace
All shipments include a track & trace code. You will receive this by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first and then contact us at info@femon.nl.
Customs, duties and import VAT
European Union: No customs duties or additional VAT apply to orders within the EU. The 21% Dutch VAT is already included in the price.
United Kingdom: For orders below £135, we collect UK VAT at checkout under the IOSS / UK VAT scheme — meaning no additional charges on delivery. For orders above £135, customs duties and import VAT will be charged by the carrier on delivery and are payable by the customer.
Please confirm whether you actually use IOSS for UK orders. If you do not, replace the UK paragraph with the standard "duties payable by customer" wording before publishing.
Rest of World: Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the order total. These are charged separately by the carrier or the customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to predict or refund these charges.
If you refuse a parcel because of unexpected import charges, the parcel will be returned to us. We will refund the product cost minus shipping and any return charges incurred.
Restricted destinations
We do not ship to:
● Countries subject to EU sanctions or trade restrictions
● PO boxes in destinations where the carrier does not deliver to PO boxes
● Forwarding services and freight forwarders (orders to known forwarders may be cancelled)
If you have placed an order to a destination we cannot ship to, we will contact you and refund the order in full.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. We ship to the address as entered at checkout. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address:
● And we discover the error before dispatch — we will contact you to correct it (no extra charge)
● And the parcel is undeliverable or returned to us — you bear the cost of re-shipment to the correct address
● And the parcel is delivered to the wrong address you provided — we cannot offer a refund or replacement
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@femon.nl. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
Lost or damaged shipments
Damaged on arrival: If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:
1. Photograph the damage to the outer packaging before opening
2. Photograph any damage to the product and inner packaging
3. Contact us at info@femon.nl within 7 days with the photos and your order number
We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and arrange replacement, repair or refund.
Lost in transit: If track & trace indicates the parcel is delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Investigations typically take 5-10 business days for EU shipments and longer for international.
We do not refund or replace shipments that are reported as delivered until the carrier investigation is complete.
Risk and ownership
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Ownership of the products transfers to you once payment has been received in full and the products have been dispatched.
